🛍️ FunTimez Returns Policy – Because Sometimes Pieces Don’t Fit! 🧩

We want your experience with FunTimez to be as joyful as finishing a puzzle or snapping that final LEGO brick into place. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we make returns easy-peasy:

🔄 30-Day Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a change of heart or a missing piece, we’ve got you covered.

📦 What Can Be Returned

  • New puzzles and LEGO sets: Must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Preloved puzzles: Must be in the same condition as received, with all pieces intact.
  • LEGO parts or bundles: Must be complete and undamaged.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

  • Opened new puzzles or LEGO sets
  • Preloved puzzles with missing pieces (unless reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • Digital products or gift cards

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Want a different set instead? We’re happy to swap it out—we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

📮 How to Return

  1. Email us at info@funtimez.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack it up, send it back, and we’ll handle the rest!
